RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Although we’re sure you’ll be happy with your order, we understand sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund, please click here, once you submit your request, our customer support will contact you.
Gendy’s committed to execute any return request/s for purchased product/s from its platform at any time during – up to – 14 days and – up to – 30 days for defect products from the product/s delivery date, as long as product/s is in its original condition.
When a return request is received, we will come to collect the return from the same delivery address your order was originally delivered to, once we receive the returned package and finish our inspection, we approve partial or full refund based on;
· Full refund approval if;
· you received products different than what you have originally ordered
· product/s was damaged due to mishandling by our courier
· product is defective
· product wasn’t delivered during the agreed upon delivery period (3-5 working days depending on location)
· Partial refund approval if;
· fitting/size issue
· nothing is wrong with your order but you just don’t want it any more
· product/s is not in its original condition
By full refund we mean; the full amount paid while checking out will be refunded.
By partial refund we mean; we will deduct the original shipping fees from the amount paid while checking out.
Upon approving your refund request, you will be contacted to choose an option for refund amount transfer, we currently use the below channels to ensure fastest refund collection (same/next day);
· wire transfer to Commercial International Bank account
· wire transfer to Qatar National Bank account
· wire transfer to National Bank of Egypt account
· transfer to your Vodafone cash wallet
· transfer to you Etisalat cash wallet
We promise, the whole refund process will take up to 7 working days, from the day we receive your return request to the day you collect your refunded amount.
